Refund Policy

At Quix Sites, we are committed to providing our clients with high-quality website design and marketing services. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a client may wish to request a refund. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have developed the following refund policy:


Eligibility for Refunds

A client may be eligible for a refund if they meet the following conditions:

● They have completed the onboarding form.

● They have provided all necessary information required for the website design and marketing services.

● The website has not been connected and linked.

● The client must request a refund within 3 days of receiving the website first draft for approval.

 

If the client has completed the onboarding form but has not provided all the necessary information required for the website design and marketing services, they will not be entitled to a refund.


Refund Amount

If the client is eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:
● The total amount paid by the client for the website design and marketing services, minus a $50 inconvenience fee.

● The refund will be reversed to the same payment method used during the initial payment. The client will receive the refund within 15 business days of our company receiving the refund request.


Refund Request

To request a refund, the client must communicate in writing to Quix Sites via email or our customer service portal. The client must provide their full name, email address, and the reason for the refund request. Our customer service team will review the refund request and process the refund if the client is eligible for a refund.


No Refunds after 3 Days

If the client does not request a refund within 3 days of receiving the website first draft for approval, they will not be entitled to a refund. After 3 days, no refunds will be issued.


Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that the client has violated our terms and conditions, or if we determine that the client's request for a refund is not justified.
Revision Policy. The website design and marketing services package includes a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the three rounds will be charged at our standard hourly rate.


Termination Policy

Quix Sites may terminate the contract at any time by providing written notice to the other party. The client may terminate only if they have completed the onboard form, and provided all necessary information for the project, and before the website design is linked and connected. The client may be entitled to the amount they paid minus a $50.00 convenience fee they will be entitled to a prorated refund based on the amount of work completed up to that point. If Quix Sites terminates the contract, the client will be entitled to a prorated refund based on the amount of work completed up to that point.


Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quix Sites be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the website design and marketing services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to the client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the website design and marketing services.


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the website design and marketing services shall be resolved through mediation, with each party bearing their own costs. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Las Vegas, Nevada


Changes to this Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on the Company's website. We encourage clients to check our refund policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.
